Vegan-friendly, customizable, and absolutely delicious, this breakfast bowl is about to become your new healthy morning ritual.

Ingredients


1/2 cup instant oats

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or more to taste

1 medium banana

1 tbsp peanut butter

Water


Toppings:

Preparation

  1. Blend the banana with peanut butter,  half cup of water and cinnamon.

  2. Pour the blended banana into a small saucepan, add oats, bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes.

  3. Serve in bowls, top each bowl, with your desired toppings

  4. Add more cinnamon and maple syrup If needed to suit your taste.
