Ingredients
1/2 cup instant oats
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup, or more to taste
1 medium banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
Water
Toppings:

You can add also sauteed apples or other sauted fruits
Preparation
Blend the banana with peanut butter, half cup of water and cinnamon.
Pour the blended banana into a small saucepan, add oats, bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes.
Serve in bowls, top each bowl, with your desired toppings
Add more cinnamon and maple syrup If needed to suit your taste.
