All of us have to fight with discipline and overcoming laziness and procrastination, and its ok! In this challenge you will create a habit of dedicating a few minutes each day to self-care and healthy body exercise.

Day of rest every 5 days:
Taking a rest day every fifth day in your fitness routine is essential for several reasons.
Rest allows your muscles to recover and repair from the microscopic tears caused by workouts, promoting muscle growth and strength.
Incorporating rest into your schedule enhances overall performance by boosting energy levels and maintaining motivation.
Ultimately, prioritizing rest is vital for long-term progress and sustainability in any fitness journey.
How to Participate:
Measure your current plank hold time.
Choose your level based on your initial time (full plans at the end of this post)
If you can hold your plank:
0-45sec - Beginner
45-90sec - Intermediate
more than 90 - Advanced

Remember, this challenge is about progress, not perfection. If you struggle to hold the plank for the recommended time, that's okay! Hold it as long as you can, and try to improve by even one second each day.

Reccomended for those who can hold plank between 0-45sec.
Intermediate
Reccomended for those who can hold plank between 45 - 80 sec.
