This 4-ingredient banana pancake recipe is healthy and so easy to make. It's family friendly, too—babies, kids and adults love these pancakes! With just eggs, bananas, and flour, you'll whip up a breakfast that's nutritious, quick, and guaranteed to bring smiles to everyone at the table.
Ingredients for Banana Pancakes
2 medium-to-large ripe bananas
3 eggs
½ cup whole spelt flour or oat flour
½ tsp baking powder
Toppings:
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Sliced banana or other fruits
Nut butter
Maple syrup
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together in a blender or mash banana with fork and whisk all together until you have a smooth batter.
Heat a large skillet (stainless steel or cast iron) over medium-low heat.
