This 4-ingredient banana pancake recipe is healthy and so easy to make. It's family friendly, too—babies, kids and adults love these pancakes! With just eggs, bananas, and flour, you'll whip up a breakfast that's nutritious, quick, and guaranteed to bring smiles to everyone at the table.

Ingredients for Banana Pancakes


2 medium-to-large ripe bananas

3 eggs

½ cup whole spelt flour or oat flour

½ tsp baking powder


Toppings:

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Sliced banana or other fruits

  • Nut butter

  • Maple syrup


Instructions:


  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender or mash banana with fork and whisk all together until you have a smooth batter.

  2. Heat a large skillet (stainless steel or cast iron) over medium-low heat.

  3. Lightly oil the cooking surface with a oil

  4. Scoop ¼ cup batter onto the hot skillet, leaving some space around each pancake for expansion. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip.

  5. Flip the pancakes, then cook until lightly golden on both sides, 1 to 2 minutes more.

  6. Serve immediately with your favorite toppings
