Ingredients Chocolate-dates Porridge Bowl
½ cup of porridge oats
3 dates
½ cup of plant based milk or water
½ tbsp cacao
Toppings:
Crunchy granola and nuts
Seasonal fruits like e.g. raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries, bananas, apricots etc
Maple syrup, to serve (optional) - make sure the porridge is not too sweet before adding the syrup
Instructions:
Blend the dates, cocoa and plant based milk
Pour the blend to a small saucepan, add oats and bring to boil
Turn off the heat, cover the pan with lid and let it sit for about 3 minutes.
Serve with your favorite crunchy toppings
