Recipe for Morning Eggs with Spinach, Pesto and Cherry Tomatoes


Ingredients


50g baby spinach

1 Garlic clove

2 tbsp fresh pesto

2 medium eggs


Extra:

  • Sauteed cherry tomatoes with pesto

  • Top with grated (vegan) cheese and spring onion



Instructions:


  1. Saute chopped garlic with spinach and pesto for 2 minutes

  2. Add eggs + salt and cook until done

  3. Serve with sautéed cherry tomatoes with pesto on the side


    Enjoy!
