This delicious and simple white fish recipe with lemon, garlic, thyme and olive oil brings Mediterranean flavors to your table in just 15 minutes! It is the perfect choice for light healthy nutritious dinners.
Ingredients for White Fish with Lemon and Thyme
3 Cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon zest and juice
½ lemon sliced
4 white fish fillet
4 Thyme branches
extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220C.Â
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and lemon zest.
Dip the fillets in the olive oil and lemon mixture and place it on a tray with a baking paper
Season the fish with salt and pepper, fresh thyme branches and place the lemon slices on top of the fish.
Pour the rest of the lemon and oil mixture on the fish.
Bake at 220 degrees for about 10-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve immediately.
