Ingredients for Mushroom Omelette Recipe
1 serving
2 Eggs, free range organic
½ cup mushrooms, diced
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
½ white onion, diced
½ red bell pepper, julien
Turmeric
Cumin
Salt and pepper
Fresh cilantro or parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions
Clean and prepare all ingredients
Preheat a pan, add onion, mushrooms, bell peppers and dried spices and roast for about 2 minutes
Add garlic and roast for about 1 minute until garlic is fragrant
Pour beaten eggs to the pan, add salt and pepper, when the eggs are set, flip the omelette.
Serve with fresh cilantro or parsley leaves
