Ingredients for Mushroom Omelette Recipe

1 serving


2 Eggs, free range organic

½ cup mushrooms, diced

2-3 garlic cloves, chopped

½ white onion, diced

½ red bell pepper, julien

Turmeric

Cumin

Salt and pepper

Fresh cilantro or parsley leaves, chopped



Instructions


  1. Clean and prepare all ingredients

  2. Preheat a pan, add onion, mushrooms, bell peppers and dried spices and roast for about 2 minutes

  3. Add garlic and roast for about 1 minute until garlic is fragrant

  4. Pour beaten eggs to the pan, add salt and pepper, when the eggs are set, flip the omelette.

  5. Serve with fresh cilantro or parsley leaves
